How soon after I order will my order ship?

We typically ship orders out every afternoon so you can enjoy your order as soon as possible. You will receive an email once your order ships and you should receive it within 2-7 business days depending on your location and the type of shipping you select at checkout. On rare occasions we take a personal leave and orders will be delayed but we make an announcement on our shop as well as notifications on our social media. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping in the US is free on orders over $30. Orders less than $30 have a $3.90 flat rate shipping charge.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship anywhere in the US as well as Canada but are working to expand our shipping internationally. Send us an email and we can get you a custom shipping quote to anywhere in the world. Be sure to follow us on Instagram (@heyhoneyapparel) so you don't miss out on any exciting updates! 

What are your headbands made of?

Our headbands are a one-size-fits-all made out of a soft, beige nylon. 

Do you have other colors of nylon headbands?

Our headbands all come with a beige nylon headband. Send us an email at heyhoneyapparel@gmail.com if you would like one and we can see what we can do!

What is the difference between the clip and nylon headband?

The clips are a metal prong clip. It's perfect for longer hair. My favorite way to style it is to do a mini pony and clip a bow in there! (Or Piggie sets. I LOVE those)
Our nylon headbands are a soft, beige nylon that is great for newborns.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes! If you put the recipients name and address in the ship-to fields. Then just leave a note on your order letting us know it is a gift and leave a personal message if you would like. We will be sure to write out your message on a card for you!

Can I return my order?
